- Return Window: 14 days from the day you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt or order confirmation email copy.
- Final Deadline: We cannot accept returns for items received by us after 30 days from your delivery date.
- Email Us: Within 14 days of receiving your order, please reach out to us at hello@amaris.co to initiate your return. Let us know your order number and the reason for the return.
- Pack It Up: Securely package the unused item(s) with all original tags and packaging. Please include your proof of purchase (order number or receipt) inside the package.
- Ship It Back: Mail your return to the address below. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping cost and any loss or damage in transit.

- Processing: Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow a few days for us to inspect the items.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Deductions: The refund will be for the product's price, less the cost of any return shipping label we provided (if applicable). Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
- Timing: While we process refunds quickly, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be reflected in your bank or credit card account, depending on their processing times.
To be fair to all our customers and reduce waste, we have a few exceptions to our return policy:
Final Sale Items: Items purchased at a sale price are final and cannot be refunded. However, if a sale item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@amaris.co, and we will be happy to issue a store credit or replace it.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To ensure you get the correct size or style before it sells out, we recommend placing a new order on our website and returning the original item for a refund.
Pop-Up Shop Purchases: All sales from our physical pop-up shop events are final.
Damaged Returns: Items that are damaged, used, or arrive without tags upon return to our facility cannot be accepted for a refund.
We take great care in ensuring our garments are crafted and shipped with care. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@amaris.co with photos of the issue and your order number. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs.
